Job summary

ProjecTTech is seeking an Onshore Wind Supervisor to manage daily technical and operational supervision of wind turbine installation projects in France, reporting to the Site Manager. The role demands hands-on leadership, strict adherence to safety, quality, schedule, and cost targets, and regular on-site presence with significant mobility across sites.

You will coordinate technicians, crane operators, and subcontractors, ensure compliance with installation procedures, monitor component handling

Qualifications

• Technical education in mechanical or electrical engineering.
• Significant site experience with wind turbine installation.
• Experience supervising technical teams and subcontractors on site.
• Knowledge of HSE, quality constraints on wind farm sites.
• GWO certifications (where required).
• Willingness to travel between sites across France.

Responsibilities

• Supervise wind turbine assembly and installation operations.
• Oversee heavy lifting and assembly teams.
• Monitor receipt, unloading, and handling of components.
• Ensure compliance with installation procedures and quality.
• Enforce HSE rules and address dangerous situations.
• Coordinate technicians, crane operators, and subcontractors on site.
• Report deviations to the Site Manager.
• Assist in handover preparations to commissioning teams.
