Leap29 is currently partnering with an International Service Company in France to appoint a Company Man for an onshore drilling project near Bordeaux. The assignment is 3–5 months with a 14/14 rotation, focusing on well-site day and night drilling supervision and onshore well engineering for a South of Bordeaux project.

The role requires 5–10 years of supervisory experience in Oil & Gas, strong coordination and management skills, and eligibility to work in the EU.

Qualificações

• The suitable consultant will have at least 5–10 years experience as a Supervisor within Oil and Gas industry and excellent Coordination and Management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Issue daily drilling reports and validate operational programmes.
• Supervise all drilling operations including casing running, cementing, mud engineering, logging, directional/MWD, well testing on a land rig.
• Coordinate logistics (tools and personnel) with service companies to optimise standby and costs.
• Capture drilling events and lessons learnt to improve well planning.
• Witness rig commissioning and assess rig conditions before spud.
• Report to the drilling coordinator.
• Maintain strong HSE commitment with aim of ZERO accidents.
