Job summary

ProjecTTech seeks an experienced Site Manager for an onshore wind project in France. You will oversee all site activities from mobilization through handover to commissioning and maintenance teams.

The role requires at least 5 years in site-based supervisory roles, strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering, and fluent English. You will coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and subcontractors in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a site environment, with supervisory/management experience.
• Significant experience in the onshore wind sector.
• Higher education in mechanical, electrical, or civil engineering.
• Experience coordinating field teams and subcontractors.
• Significant national and international mobility required.
• Professional English is essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage all site activities: installation, lifting, assembly, and interfaces with commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, quality, schedule, and cost objectives.
• Coordinate supervisors, field teams, subcontractors, and site resources.
• Monitor daily progress and anticipate deviations.
• Prepare and coordinate the handover of installations to commissioning and then maintenance teams.
