State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota seeks an Online Learning Coordinator to support faculty in instructional design, accessibility, and faculty development for online, blended, and technology-enhanced courses.

The role trains faculty in best practices for course design, LMS usage, and instructional technology, while evaluating courses for quality and accessibility. The position also backs LMS administration as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional technology, education, or related field with 2+ years applying technology in teaching/learning.
• Experience with LMS (Canvas preferred) and accessibility standards (WCAG/ADA/Section 508).
• Quality Matters or OLC certification is valued.

Responsabilités

• Design, develop, and enhance online, blended, and tech‑enhanced courses for quality and engagement.
• Onboard and train faculty on LMS use and instructional technologies.
• Provide workshops on instructional strategies and technology; support accessibility compliance.
