Job summary

Ipsen Innovation (SAS) seeks an OneLab Laboratory Team Leader in Dreux to steer day-to-day operations, oversee NCDS/TS/IMA/BioA teams, and ensure high-quality outputs. The role emphasizes leadership, safety, and cross-team collaboration within a multi-disciplinary environment.

You will drive CAPEX planning, documentation, and internal process improvements while mentoring postdocs and trainees in a dynamic R&D setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead OneLab teams (NCDS/TS/IMA/BioA) in Dreux and coordinate operations.
• Ensure compliance with EHS regulations and maintain safety training.
• Oversee equipment investments and facility maintenance (CAPEX).
• Promote information sharing, reporting, and documentation across teams.
• Foster synergies with PharmDev and manage postdocs and trainees.
