Ipsen Innovation (SAS) seeks an experienced OneLab Laboratory Team Leader to oversee the Dreux site’s laboratory operations. You will coordinate TS/IMA/NCDS/BioA teams, manage resources, ensure high-quality outputs, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.

You will lead postdocs and scientists, enforce safety and quality standards, and collaborate with PharmDev to optimize lab workflows.

Qualifications

• PhD + Postdoctoral training in Life Sciences.
• Experience managing teams of 5-10 people in pharma/biotech environments.
• Fluent in French and English.

Responsabilités

• Lead all OneLab teams (NCDS/TS/IMA/BioA) in Dreux to ensure efficient operations.
• Coordinate workload, resources, and budgeting for lab activities and CAPEX requests.
• Ensure EHS compliance, safety training, and documentation across the OneLab teams.
• Oversee reporting of experimental activities and performance evaluations.
• Foster collaboration between OneLab and PharmDev teams and drive continuous improvement.
