Job summary

Ipsen Innovation (SAS) seeks a Senior Scientist to lead cellular and translational sciences in OneLab. You will drive advanced flow cytometry, cellular profiling, and biomarker strategies across oncology, rare disease and neuroscience portfolios.

Leader of laboratories and teams, you will design robust assays, guide cross-functional projects, and push translational science from discovery to early development with a focus on data quality and reproducibility.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in advanced flow cytometry and cellular biology for translational science.
• Proven ability to lead translational or preclinical research supporting drug development.
• Experience managing laboratory scientists and cross-functional project teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide scientific leadership for cellular and translational activities across programs and therapeutic areas.
• Design, implement and optimize complex multi-parameter flow cytometry panels.
• Oversee study design, data analysis and reporting of pharmacological results.
• Mentor scientists, manage team performance and collaborate with cross-functional partners.
