Job summary

Ipsen Innovation (SAS) seeks a Senior Scientist, Cellular & Translational Sciences, OneLab to lead advanced flow cytometry and translational cellular profiling across Oncology, Rare Diseases and Neuroscience.

The role provides scientific leadership for preclinical and translational labs, develops innovative strategies, guides data interpretation, and mentors scientists in a dynamic, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

PhD or equivalent in biology, immunology, or related field.
Strong expertise in flow cytometry and cellular profiling.
Experience leading research teams and coordinating cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

Provide scientific leadership for cellular and translational laboratory activities across programs and therapeutic areas.
Generate mechanistic insights to inform drug discovery and development strategies.
Translate biological questions into robust experimental strategies and data.
Identify and implement emerging technologies for cellular biology and translational science.
Contribute to portfolio decisions across modalities and disease areas.
Act as subject matter expert for advanced flow cytometry and profiling applications.
Design and optimize multi-parameter flow cytometry panels and profiling assays.
Lead laboratory activities, ensure data integrity and compliance.
Manage and mentor lab personnel and collaborations with external partners.
