Belmond is seeking a passionate Private Chef to craft seasonal, authentic cuisine aboard our luxury barges along France’s waterways. You will design menus inspired by local producers, catering to guests’ preferences and dietary needs with creativity and elegance.

Role requires strong experience in fine dining and luxury hospitality, excellent wine knowledge, and fluency in English and French. Accommodation onboard and exclusive onboard life benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and adaptability.
• Strong organizational skills and compliance with hygiene standards.
• Solid understanding of wine basics and proper service.
• Enjoy guest interaction and sharing your expertise.
• Fluent communication in English and in French both.

• Engage with guests and guide them through regional markets and French gastronomy.
