WeWork is seeking a Lead in Territory Technology to enhance the technology experience for our members in Paris. This role involves managing WeWork's IT & AV infrastructure and engaging with multiple stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical experience, a solid understanding of networking, and exceptional customer service skills. You will work on-site and may need to travel between locations as required.

• Demonstrable understanding of Networking.
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information.
• Proactive self-starter with the ability to work autonomously.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate vendors and internal teams to resolve Technology escalations.
• Monitor the availability of IT & AV infrastructure.
• Engage vendors for best-in-class support and service.
