CBRE Global Workplace Solutions is recruiting a Technology Account Lead based in Paris. This role serves as the primary technology advisor and escalation point for the GWS account, guiding technology strategy and ensuring CBRE is viewed as a market-leading technology partner.

You will drive technology initiatives, coordinate with internal experts, and align technology delivery with client outcomes while expanding AI and analytics capabilities within the account.

Responsabilités

• Maintain CBRE's technology perspective, position, and strategy for leadership.
• Drive the most competitive technology solution by leveraging the standard stack and innovating for differentiation.
• Identify, quantify, and mitigate technology risks (information security, technical, transition, and operational).
• Engage with clients and account leaders to build the account technology roadmap aligned with client outcomes.
• Drive D&T technology initiatives relevant to account priorities (e.g., IFM Hub).
• Facilitate connections to technology subject matter experts with account teams to design and deliver innovations.
• Direct technology and analytics resources on the account (e.g., CMMS Administrator/Analyst, Business Analytics Leader/Analyst).
