WeWork is seeking a Community Lead to elevate member experience at our Paris location. You’ll report to the building team and ensure WeWork standards while curating events, connecting members for opportunities, and creating a welcoming environment for guests.

You’ll work with members from diverse industries or Enterprise clients, balancing operations with proactive member engagement and collaboration with Sales and Account Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of hospitality experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking ability.

Responsabilités

• Engage and retain members through proactive outreach and events.
• Support move-in/move-out processes and onboarding for new accounts.
• Plan, host and promote community events to foster connections.
• Oversee daily building operations and ensure policy adherence.
• Assist with safety, security and incident reporting as needed.
• Support sales efforts by guiding prospective members and tours.
