Harmattan AI in Paris is seeking a Local IT Support & Maintenance Technician to ensure day‑to‑day availability and proper functioning of IT equipment on the production lines. You will be the first point of contact for operators and supervisors for IT needs and incidents, performing first‑level diagnostics and guided repairs.

Based on the production floor, you will install and configure peripherals, maintain inventories, assist with network-related tasks, and document actions for the IT Manager.

Qualifications

• Vocational or technical diploma in IT, electronics, or a related field (e.g., BTS/DUT Informatique or equivalent), or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Prior experience in IT hardware support, helpdesk, or industrial environment maintenance is an asset.

Responsabilités

• Local User Interface – Needs and Incident Collection: Serve as the on-site point of contact for production line operators and supervisors for IT-related questions or malfunctions; perform first-level diagnosis to determine resolution scope and escalate as needed.
• Supply and Installation of IT and OT equipment: Receive, inventory, and prepare IT and OT peripherals and devices for deployment; configure, install and physically connect equipment; maintain inventory records.
• Repair of PCs According to Defined Procedures: Perform first-level hardware troubleshooting and repair; reimage or restore workstations; escalate complex repairs; document actions for root-cause analysis.
• Guided Network Operations: Execute guided physical network operations under IT instructions; verify link status and report results.
• User Account Creation and Deletion: Create and deactivate user accounts in directories and business applications.
