Harmattan AI is seeking a Local IT Support & Maintenance Technician to ensure day-to-day IT availability on the production lines. You will be the first point of contact for operators and supervisors, performing initial diagnoses and guided maintenance of IT/OT equipment.

We value rigor and adherence to defined procedures, with security and reliability at the core. You will manage hardware repairs, inventory, network checks, and account administration, with growth opportunities as you demonstrate

Qualifications

Technical diploma or hands-on IT hardware experience.
Experience in IT hardware support or industrial maintenance is a plus.
Ability to read and follow technical procedures.
Basic network cabling knowledge (Ethernet, switches, patch panels).
Familiarity with ticketing tools and directory administration.

Responsabilités

Serve as on-site contact for IT-related questions on the production floor.
Perform first-level diagnosis to determine if issues are local or require escalation to Level 2/3.
Receive, inventory, and deploy IT/OT peripherals on the production line.
Configure, install and connect IT/OT equipment per standard procedures.
Repair PCs and reimage workstations using master images.
Create and deactivate user accounts in designated systems.
