Connect Vision International is seeking a Senior IT & OT Support Engineer in Saclay, France. You will provide operational support for both IT and OT systems across production environments to ensure availability, security, and compliance.

You will work with IT, manufacturing, engineering teams and vendors across Europe, performing hands-on support, incident resolution, and on-call duties to keep production systems running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on IT/OT support in manufacturing or production
• Strong Windows/AD, networking and infrastructure knowledge
• Experience supporting OT/industrial production systems, not just desktop IT
• Familiar with ITSM/ticketing tools and incident management
• Fluent French; advanced English; willing to travel ~50% across France/Europe

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on remote and on-site IT/OT support.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents affecting production equipment and automation systems.
• Handle incidents, requests and problems through ITSM/ticketing against SLA/KPI targets.
• Support Windows, Active Directory, networking, hardware/software and asset management.
• Ensure connectivity between production equipment and IT infrastructure.
• Participate in on-call support for critical production systems.
• Maintain, update and remediate IT/OT systems.
• Assist in infrastructure improvement and deployment projects.
• Participate in validation, qualification and audit activities.
• Apply cybersecurity best practices including segmentation and access management.
