Planet Pharma is seeking a laboratory technician to broaden experience within a world-class chemical and pharmaceutical environment. This on-site role involves coordinating laboratory-related service activities on a major industrial site and serving as a reliable point of contact between internal teams and external partners.

You will handle administrative tasks, documentation, and visitor records while ensuring compliance with site quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Background in chemistry, biology, or life sciences — BTS, Licence, or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of exposure to a laboratory or regulated industrial environment.
• Comfortable with documentation, compliance, and administrative tasks.
• Organised and autonomous, comfortable on a large industrial site.
• Professional French; good English is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate external lab supplier and service visits on a large site.
• Escort visitors and providers, ensuring access and safety procedures.
• Serve as on-site contact between internal teams and external partners.
• Handle documentation, visitor records, intervention logs, and archiving.
• Ensure activities comply with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Support day-to-day laboratory service operations.
