Job summary

A&O IT Group in Marseille is seeking an On-Site AV Support Technician to oversee, maintain, and troubleshoot corporate audio-visual systems. You will be the primary technical contact for hybrid meeting rooms, events, and everyday collaboration tech across the office.

You will ensure seamless audio, video, and presentation experiences, provide real-time support during critical meetings, and help teammates use room tech with straightforward guides.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise video conferencing platforms.
• Experience supporting hybrid meeting rooms and event setups.
• Familiarity with room control systems and wireless presentation tech.
• Knowledge of DSPs and room acoustics basics.

Responsibilities

• Provide live pre- and during-meeting technical support for meetings and events.
• Diagnose and resolve AV hardware, software, connectivity, and room control issues quickly.
• Conduct daily room readiness sweeps across all spaces and verify equipment.
• Configure and manage unified communications and display feeds.
• Track assets, log service requests, and coordinate with vendors/IT teams.
• Create simple guides and train users to operate meeting room tech.
