Job summary

A&O IT Group is seeking an On-Site AV Support Technician in the Nanterre area to oversee, maintain, and troubleshoot corporate AV systems for meeting rooms, events, and daily collaboration. You will be the primary technical contact for hybrid meetings and provide real-time support during critical moments.

Responsibilities include pre-meeting checks, issue diagnosis, room readiness, system operations, inventory coordination, and user training to ensure smooth communication and presentation

Qualifications

• Experience with major enterprise video conferencing platforms and room systems.
• Knowledge of hybrid meeting room workflows and unified communications setups.
• Hands-on experience with room control systems, touch panels, and signal routing hardware.
• Understanding of DSPs, room acoustics, gain staging, and echo cancellation.
• Familiarity with commercial displays, LED walls, projectors, and digital signage.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-meeting checks and live technical support for meetings and events.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and room control issues quickly.
• Perform routine checks across meeting rooms to verify equipment and cable hygiene.
• Configure and manage unified communications, display feeds, and wireless screen sharing.
• Track AV equipment assets and coordinate with vendors for maintenance and replacements.
• Assist employees with using meeting room technology and create simple self-service guides.
