Job summary

A&O IT Group in Marseille seeks an On-Site AV Support Technician to oversee, maintain, and troubleshoot our corporate office AV systems. You will be the primary technical contact for hybrid meeting rooms, events, and day-to-day collaboration tech across the office.

You will ensure seamless audio, video, and presentation experiences, provide real-time support during critical meetings, and keep our AV infrastructure running smoothly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise AV or desktop support.
• Solid experience with major video conferencing platforms and room systems.
• Familiarity with hybrid meeting workflows and unified communications.
• Knowledge of AV switchers, signal distribution, and room control hardware.
• Experience with audio DSPs, ceiling arrays, and wireless mics is a plus.
• Understanding of AV networking, IP addressing, VLANs and PoE related to AV hardware.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-meeting checks and live technical support for meetings and events.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and room-control issues quickly.
• Perform routine sweeps of meeting spaces to verify equipment and cable integrity.
• Configure and manage unified communication systems and display feeds.
• Track AV assets and coordinate with vendors and IT teams for maintenance.
• Create simple guides to help employees use meeting room tech.
