Job summary

Parallel is hiring a technical deployment lead to own end-to-end deployments of AI, RPA and computer use in healthcare facilities. You will adapt our platform to each site's constraints, from interfaces to security and on-premise networks, acting as the technical interface between Parallel and customers.

You will work directly with customers, unblock projects, define deployment standards, and ramp up on our AI stacks.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in full-stack development.
• Graduated from a top engineering school.
• Proficient in Node.js and TypeScript (NestJS, Express, Prisma, Postgres) and React (TanStack, Tailwind).
• Experience with LLMs and AI agents (LangChain, Hugging Face).
• Customer-facing experience and ability to operate in complex environments with on-premise deployments.

Responsibilities

• Understand IT infrastructure of each facility and adapt platform to constraints (interfaces, integrations, security, networking).
• Lead end-to-end deployments on the ground and unblock projects.
• Identify and resolve technical and organizational blockers.
• Support customers through change management to maximize platform adoption.
