Jobtailor is seeking a senior communications project manager to lead multi-client campaigns from concept to delivery. You will coordinate internal and partner teams across creative, print, digital, and media, manage briefs, schedules, timelines and budgets, and ensure on-time delivery with profitability.

You will act as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, translate their business and marketing challenges into actionable requirements, present results and identify new business

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of communication channels and internal expertise across print, digital, social media, field marketing, etc.
• Good understanding of graphic production workflow and technical production constraints.
• Proficiency with project management tools.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proactive, self-directed and able to prioritize effectively.

Responsabilités

• Manage all communication initiatives for one or more clients from concept through delivery.
• Coordinate internal and partner expertise (creative, print, digital, etc.).
• Oversee multiple projects concurrently, including briefs, schedules, timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate internal and external teams and implement project-tracking tools.
