Jobtailor is seeking a Production Project Manager to coordinate activations end-to-end, from briefing through to final content delivery. You will work on campaigns across TV, radio, press, digital, social media and on-the-ground activations, managing the production process with clients, publishers, legal and suppliers.

You will lead coordination meetings, ensure schedules and milestones are met, travel as required to support shoots, and supervise stages from brief to post-production.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in production project management, ideally within an agency.
• Strong coordination across multiple stakeholders and channels.
• Rigorous, proactive with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Fluent English, on-set and calls.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate activations end-to-end from briefing to final content delivery.
• Oversee production stages including shoots, post-production and on-site management.
• Manage budgets, contracts, purchase orders and supplier follow-up.
• Maintain proactive client/partner relationships and clear communication across teams.
