Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Personnel Coordinator to support a major offshore/subsea project based in Paris, France. The role covers planning and monitoring personnel movement, travel logistics, immigration, and crew-change activities for the Mozambique project, working with global operations and logistics teams.

The assignment is freelance/contract, minimum eight months with potential extension, start in October 2026, and requires advanced English; Portuguese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in logistics, administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years in personnel/coordinator roles preferred.
• Experience with international travel and immigration processes.
• Experience in multicultural project environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and monitor personnel movement for the project.
• Coordinate travel, immigration, accommodation and crew-change activities.
• Ensure compliance with project procedures and schedules.
• Maintain records of travel and mobilization status.
• Communicate with employees, contractors and project teams.
