Job summary

2H Offshore Group in Paris is seeking a motivated Engineering Intern for a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract. The role focuses on developing tools to assess disturbed kinematics, performing calculations, dynamic structural analysis, and applying OrcaFlex/OrcaWave for riser systems.

You will work with Python and data analysis, communicate results to the team, and contribute to feasibility studies and design validation for subsea structures, with training provided and English/French language

Qualifications

• Master's degree in mechanical, structural, ocean engineering or related discipline.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, fluent in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Perform design activities including calculations and dynamic structural analysis for subsea structures.
• Study structural and fatigue performance and configure system layouts.
• Communicate results through meetings, reports, and presentations to the team.
• Use OrcaFlex/OrcaWave and develop internal tools; participate in data analysis tasks.
