Responsabilités

• Prepare marketing materials, including service proposals and sales memoranda.
• Conduct property tours and participate in pitches.
• Analyze assets offered for sale, including profitability calculations, valuations (cash flow and capitalization approaches), and SWOT analyses.
• Conduct ad hoc market research for investor clients.
• Analyze and summarize legal, technical, and financial documents.
• Support prospective buyers throughout the sales process by answering their questions.
• Advise French and international investors on the sale or acquisition of real estate assets or portfolios.
