SoTalent represents a high growth family office in the Montpellier area seeking to hire a strategic Asset Manager to oversee a diversified portfolio of hospitality and premium real estate across France and internationally.

You will report to the executive leadership, drive value across asset oversight, stakeholder management, and development strategies, and shape reports and budgets in a proactive, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in asset management, investment management, real estate, or high-end hospitality.
• A university degree in finance, business, or management is required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee a portfolio of hospitality and real estate assets; monitor performance and develop value-enhancing strategies.
• Manage external operators and service providers; ensure high standards and track KPIs.

We are currently representing a high growth family office located in the Montpellier area that is seeking to fill a newly created strategic role. Our client manages a diverse investment portfolio with a focus on high end hospitality and luxury real estate, including hotels, villas, and residential developments across France and internationally.

Due to a significant increase in their asset base over recent years, they are looking for a professional to help structure, manage, and drive value across their portfolio. Reporting directly to the executive leadership team, you will take on a broad and cross functional set of responsibilities.

Key areas of focus include

Asset Oversight

• Monitoring a portfolio of hospitality and real estate assets.
• Conducting operational and financial performance reviews.
• Developing strategies to increase asset value.
• Identifying ways to improve profitability and operational efficiency.

Stakeholder Management

• Managing and challenging external operators and service providers.
• Ensuring high standards of operational quality across all properties.
• Tracking contracts and key performance indicators.
• Coordinating various stakeholders for specific projects.

Development and Strategy

• Assisting with renovation, repositioning, and development projects.
• Supporting acquisition and divestment processes.
• Creating business plans and monitoring budgets.
• Producing regular reports and presentations for decision makers.
• Improving internal tools and management processes.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in asset management, investment management, real estate, or high end hospitality. A university degree in finance, business, or management is required.
