Job summary

Aiven is seeking a technical owner for OEM partnerships to lead the entire lifecycle from pre-sales to production at scale. You will win technical evaluations, run PoCs, design architectures, and own the integration problems across partner environments.

Work in an AI-native, fast-moving setting with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Support, crafting scalable, secure solutions that embed the Aiven platform into partners’ products. Hybrid working with strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in solutions architecture, pre-sales, or technical consulting for software or cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with OEM, embedded or ISV partnerships.
• Proven PoC experience converting to production.
• Fluent in English, strong communication with technical and non-technical buyers.
• Self-motivated with high agency and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead OEM technical evaluations, craft architecture proposals, and handle trade-offs.
• Design scalable, secure architectures for partner workloads.
• Enable partners to deploy via APIs, SDKs, Terraform, and best practices.
