Demartino Law is seeking a Technical Administrator to oversee observability and run monitoring. You will master Dynatrace, Zabbix, Splunk, and related tools to ensure application and infrastructure performance.

The role emphasizes incident management, proactive monitoring, and collaboration with the Operations Support Team to implement improvements and ensure service availability. Occasional after-hours support and PCI cutover involvement are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with monitoring tools and incident management.

Responsabilités

• Monitor the availability of applications and mainframe/infrastructure
• Manage Level 1 & 2 incidents and coordinate escalations
• Write and maintain procedures for monitoring and incident response
• Develop and maintain dashboards in Dynatrace, Zabbix, Splunk, and Grafana
• Participate in crisis teams and contribute to action plans
• Support PCI cutover operations and oversee deployments
• Provide technical support to remote Service Center and document processes
