Keoni is seeking an Observability & Cloud Expert to manage Dynatrace APM and logs across hybrid cloud environments. The role emphasizes integration, automation, and DevSecOps collaboration within enterprise-scale deployments.

The candidate will contribute to design, deployment, and ongoing optimization of observability services, aligning with SLO data in CI/CD pipelines and supporting diverse IT/business units.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Dynatrace observability platform.
• Experience integrating and using logs in observability platforms.
• Strong knowledge of hybrid cloud environments (on‑premises/public cloud).
• IaC principles with Ansible.
• OpenTelemetry expertise for traces/metrics/logs.

Responsabilités

• Ensure integration of observability platform in hybrid cloud environments.
• Integrate and leverage logs within the observability platform (collection, correlation, alerting).
• Improve lifecycle of the Dynatrace observability platform from design to deployment to operations.
• Enhance service offerings with observability-as-code that integrates SLO data into CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide development expertise in automation, coding, and systems design at scale.
• Onboard users and applications to the platform, following best practices.
• Provide consulting and technical support to DevSecOps teams.
• Contribute to the Dynatrace community.
