Keoni is seeking an Observability & Cloud Expert to manage Dynatrace APM and logs across hybrid cloud environments. The role emphasizes integration, automation, and DevSecOps collaboration within enterprise-scale deployments.

The candidate will contribute to design, deployment, and ongoing optimization of observability services, aligning with SLO data in CI/CD pipelines and supporting diverse IT/business units.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Dynatrace observability platform.
• Experience integrating and using logs in observability platforms.
• Strong knowledge of hybrid cloud environments (on‑premises/public cloud).
• IaC principles with Ansible.
• OpenTelemetry expertise for traces/metrics/logs.

Responsabilités

• Ensure integration of observability platform in hybrid cloud environments.
• Integrate and leverage logs within the observability platform (collection, correlation, alerting).
• Improve lifecycle of the Dynatrace observability platform from design to deployment to operations.
• Enhance service offerings with observability-as-code that integrates SLO data into CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide development expertise in automation, coding, and systems design at scale.
• Onboard users and applications to the platform, following best practices.
• Provide consulting and technical support to DevSecOps teams.

# Observability & Cloud Expert - Dynatrace APM and Logs* Home* Observability & Cloud Expert - Dynatrace APM and Logs* July 13, 2026* 0 Comments* By Roberte OkoyaMission context : As part of the team in charge of the engineering and maintenance of the Application Observability platform, based on the Dynatrace Saas solution. • Contribute to technical and functional projects and handle requests from various IT and business teams within the Dynatrace scope. • Ensure the operation and evolution of the Dynatrace Observability service offering in line with customer expectations. Responsibilities: • Ensure the integration of the observability platform in hybrid cloud environments (on-premises/public cloud), guaranteeing the consistency of data and observability practices. • Integrate and leverage logs within the observability platform (collection, correlation, alerting) . • Improve the entire lifecycle of the Dynatrace observability platform, from design to deployment, then to operation and continuous optimization. • Enhance the service offering with observability-as-code functionalities that integrate Service Level Objective (SLO) data into application CI/CD pipelines. • Provide development expertise in automation, coding, algorithms, complexity analysis, and systems design. on a large scale. • Ensure the onboarding of users and applications to the platform, respecting processes and best practices. • Provide consulting and technical support to DevSecOps teams. • Actively contribute to the Dynatrace community. Key skills: • Proven expertise on the Dynatrace observability platform . • Proficiency in integrating and utilizing logs within an observability platform . • Experience with hybrid cloud environments (on-premises, public cloud, Kubernetes/OpenShift) and their observability. • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles, ideally with Ansible. • Significant experience with OpenTelemetry (unified collection: traces, metrics, logs). • Development skills (Python, Bash, Go) and Observability as Code (Monaco CLI). • Good knowledge of DevSecOps environments: Red Hat Linux, Windows, Apache, Wildfly, J2EE, AWX, Ansible, Kubernetes. OpenShift, Java, HTML, JavaScript.
