Responsabilités

• Performs basic procedures and tests in hematology, chemistry, microbiology, urinalysis, and serology.
• Coordinate with departments, physicians, residents, or patients to ensure accurate results.
• Troubleshoot and escalate when controls fail or results are not as expected.
• May work unscheduled hours and rotate on-call responsibilities.
• Demonstrates knowledge of patient age-related care and department policies.
