Job summary

The Social Hub in Paris is seeking a Night Front Office Host for part-time night shifts (16 hours per week on Thursday and Friday nights). You will welcome late arrivals, manage check-ins, payments and night reports, and keep the lobby calm, safe and welcoming through the night.

You will work with Housekeeping and Maintenance, hand over mornings with guest insights, and promote The Social Hub spaces and experiences. English and French communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hospitality or guest-facing experience.
• Calm, friendly presence ensuring guest safety at night.
• Willingness to work night shifts on a regular schedule.
• Proactive, reliable and able to solve issues independently.
• Strong communication in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Welcome late-night guests and create a safe, relaxed atmosphere.
• Handle check-ins, payments, reports and night processes with accuracy.
• Keep the lobby clean, organized and welcoming overnight.
• Support guests with questions and special requests.
• Monitor building for unusual or urgent issues.
• Prepare morning handovers and share guest insights with day team.
• Work with Housekeeping and Maintenance when needed.
• Promote social hub spaces and experiences when relevant.
