Intermountain Health is interviewing for a Registered Nurse to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process within a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes patient-centered planning, prioritization, and collaboration with physicians, families, and support staff.

The RN will ensure adherence to professional licensure, provide timely documentation, and contribute to a culture of safety and quality across the care continuum.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice, with compact licenses transferable within 60 days.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain a BSN within four years of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Neonatal Resuscitation Certification (NRP) for healthcare providers.

Responsabilités

• Assess physical, social, and psychological status and information from the interdisciplinary team.
• Plan individualized care, involve patient and family, and arrange follow-up as needed.
• Implement care by coordinating the team and managing time, supplies, and resources.
• Evaluate patient responses and revise the care plan as indicated.
• Demonstrate professionalism, ethics, accurate documentation, and regulatory compliance.
