Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice.

• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.

Responsabilités

• Assess the patient’s physical, social, and psychological status and gather information from the care team.
• Plan an individualized care plan with patient and family involvement.
• Implement care with the interdisciplinary team and coordinate resources.
• Evaluate patient outcomes and revise the plan as needed.
• Maintain documentation and adhere to professional standards and licensure requirements.
