Intermountain Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Saint Joseph Hospital in Denver, CO to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care using the nursing process. Night shift 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 36 hours/week with a $20,000 sign-on bonus for experienced full-time RNs.

The role emphasizes collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, accurate documentation, licensure adherence, and ongoing professionalism. Shall include BLS certification and BSN considerations as described.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice as a Registered Nurse in state of practice. Valid compact licenses must be transferred to the state of practice within 60 days of the start of employment.
• RNs with less than 12 months of experience must obtain their BSN within four years of their hire date.
• Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers.
• BSN preferred.

Responsabilités

• Assess: Performs appropriate assessment of physical, social, and psychological status.
• Plan: Uses assessment information to collaboratively develop a plan of care with patient and family involvement.
• Implement: Directs the care team, coordinates and delegates care.
• Evaluate: Evaluates patient response and revises the plan of care as needed.
• Professionalism: Maintains ethical standards, compliant documentation, and licensure requirements.
