For the Île-de-France region, we are looking for our future Network Manager (M/F). Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, you will play a strategic role in implementing our sales policy, developing our distribution network, and conquering new markets. As an ambassador for the Gruau and Labbe brands in your sector, you will be responsible for:
You have a 2-year degree in business (BTS, DUT, or equivalent) and possess significant experience in sales, ideally with skills in network management. Experience in the automotive sector, industrial bodywork, or a similar technical environment will be a real asset for success in this position. In addition to your sales skills, you have an affinity for the product, which is a key success factor in this mission. You have mastered sales and network management techniques, as well as IT tools (Office Suite). Your market analysis skills allow you to identify opportunities and anticipate customer needs. Equipped with a strong customer culture and true commitment, you demonstrate initiative and reliability in managing your missions. Your excellent interpersonal skills, active listening, technical reasoning, and power of persuasion make you a valued and effective contact.
