Salomon Retail is seeking a Senior Specialist to lead maintenance across the EMEA store network. You will define maintenance strategy, manage contractors, and ensure high-quality facilities across Europe, balancing budget and operational excellence.

The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, managing multiple sites, and delivering safe, compliant retail environments for staff and customers. French and English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in Facilities Management, Maintenance, Construction, or a related field.
• Mandatory experience within a retail environment (fashion, cosmetics, sporting goods, or other multi-store networks).
• Experience managing a multi-site environment, ideally across several European countries.
• Exposure to retail, real estate, or facilities management is highly valued.

Responsabilités

• Build and manage a reliable network of contractors and service providers across the EMEA region.
• Partner with the Construction Manager to define and implement the retail maintenance strategy.
• Develop, maintain, and continuously improve maintenance standards, processes, and guidelines.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities across the store portfolio.
• Ensure maintenance inspections and repair works are delivered to the highest standards.
• Monitor service provider performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage maintenance reporting, documentation, and budget tracking.
• Support store operations by providing reactive and effective solutions to facilities-related issues.
• Coordinate stakeholders and suppliers to ensure timely execution of maintenance projects.
• Contribute to maintaining safe, compliant, and attractive retail environments for our teams and customers.
