You will develop security plans for five sites, oversee guard contracts, monitor performance, and drive action plans from audits, reporting to authorities as required. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (BAC+5) in security or equivalent experience.
• Strong command of PSDN regulations and project management.
• Familiar with physical security issues related to export control.
• Good understanding of AEO approvals.
• Fluent in English.
• Rigorous, confidentiality-focused, and able to provide authoritative guidance.

Responsabilités

• Protect the company’s sites, personnel and sensitive information.
• Develop, communicate and enforce security plans across five sites.
• Manage security guard and reception contracts; monitor performance and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure the availability and resilience of security systems.
• Make decisions and supervise the handling of incidents and contingencies.
• Produce, maintain and enforce security documentation for authorities when necessary.
• Drive action plans arising from audits and inspections by authorities.
