Zusammenfassung

IGBMC is seeking a highly motivated Project Support Specialist to coordinate integrative single cell and spatial multiomics analyses within the P4Health project. You will work with IGBMC platforms and external experts to design, plan, and develop protocols for multimodal data analyses.

You will lead coordination, timelines, and risk management while supervising research personnel and communicating with the Principal Investigator and consortium partners.

Qualifikationen

• PhD in bioinformatics or biomedical research or related field.
• Excellent proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with integrative single cell and spatial analyses.
• Strong project management and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate integrative single cell/spatial multiomics analyses.
• Design protocols and SOPs for study execution.
• Coordinate with P4Health PI and consortium partners.
• Provide scientific guidance and troubleshooting.
• Organize training sessions and knowledge-sharing.
• Travel to collaborating institutions as needed.
