Job summary

Qualifications

• PhD in bioinformatics or biomedical field or related area.
• Experience with integrative single cell and spatial analyses preferred.
• Strong coordination, planning and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiomics analyses across transcriptomics, proteomics and metabolomics.
• Develop protocols and SOPs for study execution and data interpretation.
• Coordinate timelines, tasks and milestones with internal and external teams.
• Provide scientific guidance and troubleshooting to project teams.
• Prepare reports for PI and consortium meetings.
• Organize training sessions and knowledge-sharing activities.
