Qualifications

• Candidates must have a basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
• Good working-level English is needed.

Responsibilities

• Installation of new multifunctional devices.
• Replacing of hardware being out of order.
• Regular and on-demand replacing of supplies/consumables.
• Visual examination of multifunctional devices.
• Managing on-site hardware/software and consumables inventory.
• Wiring up multifunctional devices.
• Simple status checks as to software on multifunctional devices.
• Monitoring printer status and faults via Print Server Interface.
• Diagnosis of simple fault states.
• Execution of simple configuration tasks based on specifications.
• Installation of firmware.
• Simple installation of software changes.
• VIP support including end-user-support and on-site troubleshooting.

Skills

Technical knowledge of print devices

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

Good working-level English
