Delpharm Tours site seeks an MSAT Industrialization Project Manager to lead process transfer, industrialization and optimization from feasibility through to production start-up.

You will act as the interface between Projects, Processes, Production and Quality in a GMP environment, focused on sterile and aseptic products and significant business impact.

DELPHARM Tours site is strengthening its expertise in the manufacturing of liquid injectable products by developing a new industrial offering for its clients: Pre-Filled Syringes (PFS).

We are looking for an MSAT Industrialization Project Manager to lead process transfer, industrialization and optimization projects, from feasibility through to production start-up.

At the heart of these projects, you will act as the interface between:

Projects Processes Production Quality Validation Client

You will work in a GMP pharmaceutical environment, specialized in sterile and aseptic products, with complex, strategic projects with significant business impact.

You will be at the heart of projects aimed at evolving processes, integrating new products and contributing to the development of sterile, aseptic, bioltechnological and vaccine activities.

And because tomorrow’s projects are built today, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the site’s expertise in biotechnology and vaccines.

Main responsabilities :

• Lead industrial transfer, industrialization, development and process optimization projects.
• Analyze data and documentation from the originating site and identify gaps with the receiving site’s capabilities.
• Coordinate technical trials, engineering batches and validation batches.
• Lead process development and the optimization of process parameters.
• Contribute to qualification and validation strategies.
• Support production start-up and performance ramp-up.
• Manage risks, actions, deliverables and milestones.
• Lead project teams and Steering Committees.
• Ensure project reporting and capture lessons learned / feedback.

Above all, we are looking for a professional who is able to understand a process, identify its industrial constraints and turn technical challenges into concrete solutions.

Your Profile :

• Engineer, Pharmacist, Process Engineering, Biotechnology, Chemistry/Biochemistry graduate or equivalent scientific/technical background.
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a regulated industrial environment, with significant hands-on achievements in industrialization and/or industrial transfer of vaccines and biotechnological products.
• Strong experience working in sterile/aseptic environments, injectables, process validation or Fill & Finish will be particularly valued.
• Professional French is essential for interaction with internal contacts.
• Proven proficiency with project planning tools, particularly MS Project.
