XCMG Europe GmbH is seeking a qualified professional in France for after-sales support of mobile cranes. The role involves diagnosing and troubleshooting crane systems and conducting training for French-speaking clients.

Qualifications

• Mechanical or engineering background, or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in crane after-sales support.
• Strong knowledge of diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of mobile cranes.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and electronic systems of mobile cranes.
• Conduct on-site operator and maintenance training for French-speaking clients.
• Manage after-sales, warranty, and spare parts cases efficiently.

Connaissances

Mechanical or engineering background

5+ years of experience in crane after-sales support

Strong knowledge of diagnostics, maintenance, and repair of mobile cranes

Fluent in French

Knowledge of English and Chinese

Proactive team player

Experience with ERP, CRM, or Excel
