Dingli is seeking a Service Technician based in France to join our service team. You will perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on our equipment, partnering with customers and regional colleagues to ensure top-quality service.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting, French fluency, and willingness to travel across the region. Travel within France is expected to support field service and centers; certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a service technician in mechanical/hydraulic fields.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Excellent French communication; English a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally.
• Customer service oriented.
• Relevant technical certifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of Dingli aerial work platforms onsite or at service centers.
• Address warranty claims promptly and communicate repair limitations.
• Provide technical support and training to customers and staff.
• Travel within France and nearby regions to service sites.
• Maintain accurate service records and reports.
• Continuously improve technical skills and product knowledge.

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician based in France to join our team. The Service Technician will be responsible for providing technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for Dingli's range of aerial work platforms. This role involves close collaboration with customers and regional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of Dingli aerial work platforms both onsite and at service centers
• Address warranty claims promptly and communicate effectively about any repair issues or limitations
• Provide technical support and training to customer representatives and internal staff
• Travel within France and nearby regions to support customer site visits and service operations as needed
• Maintain accurate service records and reports
• Continuously improve technical skills and product knowledge

Requirements

• Experience in a service technician role, preferably in mechanical, hydraulic, or related industries (construction machinery, agricultural equipment, AWP, or automotive repair)
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication skills in French; proficiency in English is a plus
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within the region
• Strong customer service orientation
• Relevant technical certifications or qualifications are preferred
