Adikteev seeks a highly experienced Machine Learning Team Lead to own and scale its ML ecosystem for real-time decisioning. You will lead a team of ML engineers, drive model development for CTR/CR and bidding strategies, and optimize infrastructure for sub-10ms inference across display and video inventory.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry ML engineering experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Hands-on DSP experience in a DSP environment, familiarity with programmatic advertising, RTB, and bidding infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of recommender systems or LTV/churn modeling in adtech.
• Proficiency with Python and major ML stacks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn).
• Experience with ML platform tools, MLOps, and monitoring/observability practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and mentor the ML team, setting technical direction and priorities.
• Design and train predictive models for CTR, CR, VTA, bid shading, and auction-wins.
• Scale ML platform, feature stores, training pipelines, and model versioning.
• Drive sub-10ms inference with high QPS through optimized serving and latency-aware architecture.
• Own end-to-end ML workflows from data ingestion to monitoring, with ADRs and reviews.
• Collaborate with Tech, Reporting, Product, and Analytics to define ML KPIs and communicate results.
• Design and set up a neural network for adtech from prototype to production in the bidding stack.
