Teads Inc. is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join a large AI/Applied Research team in Paris, focused on ad-tech prediction, online learning, and high-throughput systems.

You will bridge research and engineering, delivering production-ready features and driving experimentation in a fast-paced, privacy-conscious environment. You bring 8+ years in applied ML research, strong software engineering skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas to product and technical peers.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (MSc/PhD) in a quantitative field or equivalent industry experience.
• +8 years of experience in applied research deploying ML in high-throughput online environments.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals; models integrated into the code stack.
• Critical thinking: evaluate papers and implement core findings effectively.
• Excellent communication; explain complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsabilités

• Innovate at scale: CTR prediction, online learning regimes, high-dimensional embeddings.
• Bridge research & engineering: turn research gaps into production-ready features.
