Job summary

Adikteev, a leading AdTech company, is seeking a Senior ML Engineer to join the Machine Learning team in France. You will own the ML stack from research to production, building scalable models for CTR/CR, VTA, and auction-win probability across display and video inventory.

You will optimize real-time inference, lead MLOps, and mentor senior engineers while partnering with analytics to define ML KPIs. The role requires 8+ years in ML engineering, hands-on adtech experience, and strong software

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ML engineering experience.
• 3+ years building and owning production ML systems at scale.
• Hands-on adtech experience – RTB/DSP, mobile attribution, or real-time bidding.
• Strong command of the modern ML stack: Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, scikit-learn, MLflow or Weights & Biases, Spark or Flink.
• Experience with real-time serving infrastructure: Triton, TorchServe, Ray Serve, or custom gRPC services.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals and production-grade code.
• Track record of delivering value incrementally with small, frequent increments.
• Clear, concise communicator who translates model performance into business impact.

WHAT TEAM YOU WILL BE PART OF

You will be joining the Machine Learning team. They have full ownership of Adikteev 's ML ecosystem; building and maintaining the systems that power the core of our business at massive scale. They operate with a strong product ownership mindset, working at the intersection of research and production, where the models they ship have a direct and measurable impact on billions of real-time decisions every day.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Technical Leadership : Set technical direction
• Model Development : Design and train on predictive models for CTR, CR, VTA, bid shading, and auction-win probability across display and video inventory
• Platform Engineering : Scale our ML platform - feature stores, training pipelines, model versioning, A/B experimentation - to support multiple model families running in production simultaneously
• Real-time Systems : Drive sub-10ms inference at high QPS through model optimization (ONNX), efficient serving, and latency-aware architecture decisions
• MLOps & Observability : Own end-to-end ML workflows from data ingestion through monitoring: drift detection, shadow scoring, A/B tests, and automated retraining triggers; drive design reviews, ADRs, and mentoring of senior+ ML engineers
• Translate business objectives into technical strategies
• Cross-functional Partnership : Work closely with Tech Reporting and Analytics to define ML KPIs, instrument experiments, and communicate model performance to stakeholders up to Comex level
• Applied Research : Design and set up a neural network for adtech from the ground up, taking it from prototype to production in our bidding stack

WHO YOU ARE

• 8+ years of industry ML engineering experience, with 3+ years building and owning production ML systems at scale.
• Hands-on adtech experience is required - programmatic advertising (RTB/DSP), mobile attribution (MMP ecosystem, SKAdNetwork, Privacy Sandbox), or real-time bidding - alongside deep expertise in recommender systems and/or LTV/churn modeling.
• Strong command of the modern ML stack: Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, scikit-learn, MLflow or Weights & Biases, Spark or Flink for feature engineering.
• Experience with real-time serving infrastructure: Triton, TorchServe, Ray Serve, or custom low-latency gRPC services.
• Solid software engineering fundamentals - you write production-grade, reviewable code and care about system reliability.
• Track record of delivering value incrementally - shipping working software in small, frequent increments rather than large multi-quarter projects.
• Clear, concise communicator who can translate model performance into business impact for non-technical audiences.

COMPENSATION

Competitive Salary between 130,000€ and 150,000€ OTE We are committed to transparent compensation practices. The salary range shown reflects total On-Target Earnings (OTE), including base salary and a performance-based Quarterly bonus with transparent KPIs. Final compensation will be tailored to each candidate's background, experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
