Adikteev is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to own the ML Platform and drive scalable, real-time predictions across our adtech stack. You will design, deploy, and evolve predictive models powering billions of real-time decisions daily, while shaping infrastructure for performance and cost efficiency.

You will lead data infrastructure, feature engineering pipelines, and production-grade ML systems, collaborating with a high-performing team and embracing AI tools to accelerate

Qualifications

• Proven track record as a machine learning engineer with emphasis on data engineering, MLOps and production challenges.
• Hands-on expertise with Spark tuning and scaling; Airflow DAG orchestration.
• Proficient in Python or Scala/Java; AI-native coding mindset.
• Experience with tabular data modeling and deep learning is a plus.
• Solid understanding of feature stores and feature engineering.

Responsabilités

• Architect, scale, and maintain data infrastructure for real-time and batch ML workflows.
• Build and optimize scalable ML models ensuring ROI and production constraints.
• Design and implement a feature store for discovery, storage, and serving.
• Develop pipelines with Airflow and Spark emphasizing reliability and cost efficiency.
• Mentor peers and improve data quality, CI/CD for data, and documentation.
