Dalma is seeking a Machine Learning Lead to own the advanced modeling layer for its Insurance team. You will design, deploy and monitor ML models at the intersection of data, product and insurance, impacting pricing, churn reduction and retention across France and Germany.

You will collaborate with Product & Tech, report to the CIO, and extend ML scope over time to fraud detection and operations prioritisation; regular trips to Paris HQ may be required while remote work is possible.

Qualifications

• At least three years in Machine Learning/Data Science, owning an ML model end-to-end.
• Fluent Python; SQL proficiency; data wrangling and modeling experience.
• Able to translate technical models into actionable business decisions and communicate with non-technical stakeholders.

• Design and deploy pricing and predictive models to optimise selling price, conversion and retention.
• Build price elasticity and tariff segmentation models.
• Ensure data reliability and model quality feeding pricing models.
