Alma is hiring a Machine Learning Engineer in Paris or fully remote in France. You will own ML models end-to-end, from data pipelines to production monitoring, and you will improve the platform and deployment pipelines to ensure reliable, scalable outcomes.

You will collaborate with risk, operations and product teams to identify ML opportunities, drive model improvements, and ship solutions that impact revenue, efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building and shipping ML in production.
• Hybrid work model with both hands-on MLOps and infrastructure responsibilities.
• Professional English and working proficiency in French.

Responsabilités

• Own ML models across their full lifecycle, from data pipelines to deployment and monitoring.
• Run and improve the ML platform, CI/CD, and alerting to ensure reliable production serving.
• Collaborate with risk, operations and product teams to turn ML into business value.
